Brewing Methods
Best for: Pour-Over & Espresso
La Julia is versatile and expressive, without being demanding.
Pour-Over Approach
As a pour-over, La Julia offers a clean, structured cup that remains easy to drink from the first sip to the last.
Espresso Approach
Pulled as espresso, it produces a refined, well-balanced shot that doesn’t require aggressive dialing in to taste good.
Why it Works?
La Julia fits neatly into the Cast Iron lineup — expressive enough to be interesting, but grounded enough to drink regularly.
How To Store Coffee?
When sealed and kept at room temperature, coffee can be stored for 1–2 months.
Once the bag is opened, its shelf life decreases significantly. That’s why we recommend buying only as much as you’ll use within one to two weeks. After grinding, coffee loses its freshness quickly – not over days, but within minutes. For the best flavor, grind just before brewing.
Coffee can also be stored in the freezer in its original sealed bag for up to six months.
Just make sure there are no strong odors nearby, as coffee easily absorbs external smells. Freezing is a valid option, but the beans should only be defrosted once – ideally at room temperature over 10–12 hours. Do not refreeze.
