At Cast Iron Coffee Co., we roast fresh and ship fast to ensure your coffee arrives in peak condition. Please review our shipping and delivery guidelines below.
1. Shipping Options
Local Shipping – Nelspruit & White River
- R40 flat rate for orders under R650
- Free shipping for orders R650 and above
- Applies to Nelspruit and White River only
Nationwide Shipping
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size
- Orders over R650 ship free nationwide
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Nationwide delivery: 3–5 working days
- Main centres: Typically, 1–2 working days
- Outlying or remote areas may take slightly longer
Order Processing
- Orders are roasted, packed, and dispatched Monday to Friday
- Orders placed over weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day
- You will receive tracking details once your parcel is on its way
Freshness note:
All coffee is roasted to order or packed fresh from recent roasts.
3. Pickup / Click & Collect
You are welcome to collect your order from our roastery at no charge.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
4. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or goes missing, please contact us immediately at info@castiron.coffee or 082 732 3372.
We will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.
5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure all delivery information is accurate at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to:
- an incorrect address
- repeated failed delivery attempts
…additional courier fees may apply for redelivery.
6. What We Ship
We currently ship:
- Freshly roasted coffee
- Branded apparel (Cast Iron T-shirts)
We do not ship equipment, brewing gear, or fragile hardware.
