Brewing Methods

Best for: Batch Brew & Filter Coffee

Midnight Gold is intentionally roasted darker than the rest of the Cast Iron range. It exists for drinkers who want depth, strength, and familiarity — without sacrificing balance.

Batch Brew Approach

As a batch brew, Midnight Gold delivers a bold, full-bodied cup that holds its character over time. It’s designed to be brewed in larger volumes, maintaining consistency from the first cup to the last. The darker roast profile brings structure and weight, making it especially suitable for workplaces, events, and early mornings.

Filter Brewing

Brewed as a manual filter, Midnight Gold produces a strong, grounding cup with a smooth finish. Use a slightly coarser grind and avoid aggressive extraction to keep bitterness in check. The goal is a solid, dependable coffee rather than complexity.

Why it Works?

Midnight Gold is not about subtlety — it’s about reliability and comfort. It’s a coffee that delivers exactly what it promises: a dark, satisfying brew that works consistently and fits naturally into daily routines.

How To Store Coffee?

When sealed and kept at room temperature, coffee can be stored for 1–2 months.

Once the bag is opened, its shelf life decreases significantly. That’s why we recommend buying only as much as you’ll use within one to two weeks. After grinding, coffee loses its freshness quickly – not over days, but within minutes. For the best flavor, grind just before brewing.

Coffee can also be stored in the freezer in its original sealed bag for up to six months.

Just make sure there are no strong odors nearby, as coffee easily absorbs external smells. Freezing is a valid option, but the beans should only be defrosted once – ideally at room temperature over 10–12 hours. Do not refreeze.
